"Lovely location for my wife and 4 year old. Peaceful and quiet part of the beach. We loved the ease to access the beach and having it so close. It was also lovely to watch the sunrise over the ocean each morning. A great value!"

"Place is perfect for two people. We were able to enjoy the pool and beach. Walked out to the island and saw a sting ray. There are neighbors close that played music all evening but was at an enjoyable level. We toured the island a couple of times but you can’t bet the serenity of this place! Would definitely come again. "

"Everything about this place is perfect for us! The house has everything anyone could possibly need! The pool is delightful and I can swim laps every morning! Location is quiet and safe, plus it is easy to go anywhere from here! Best of all - we LOVE the caretaker, Mario! He is absolutely wonderful and so helpful if needed! I really hope we can return here, because we feel like we are coming "home" when we get to this familiar & special place! Thanks again for everything!!"

"The host could not have been more helpful and friendly! Pool was a little cool and didn't get a lot of sun but we were always able to find some sun on the pool deck. When we booked the listing said a hot tub was there but none was available so that was a disappointment. Close to all beaches and in a quiet safe neighborhood . Worked out perfectly for us, would recomend it to anyone traveling there."

"Majid and the property were amazing. Super clean, very nice apartment. The balcony was heaven and veryyy easy access to the beach. He had chairs and kayaks set up at the beach, which is fairly private, so we never had to carry anything out there. Only about 10 minutes from the main touristy area but we avoided all the crowds. The hot water went out briefly, but they fixed it within 20 minutes. A perfect stay!"

"Minutes walk to a beautiful beach. You have the beach mostly to yourself. North Caicos is not overdeveloped and it’s such a nice contrast to Provo. The villa has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have AC. The only thing that was missing was a pair of comfortable patio zero gravity chairs. "

"Wow! No words to describe everything about this winter escape from cold northern Iowa in February! This is one of the GREATEST family trips we have taken. We the grandparents took our 2 kids, spouses and 5 grandchildren on this priceless adventure in paradise.The property is absolutely stunning and better than advertised. Awakening every morning to coffee on the patio (evenings with a glass of wine) overlooking the pool, beach and ocean was heavenly. Daily walks along one of the most beautiful...

"My family and I enjoyed the wraparound veranda on the second floor very much. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, we had lots of space in the lovely open-air home. We loved walking across the street to the beach, and had a nice time at the pool too. Plenty of beach towels at the house. "We spent a total of eight days here and the location was excellent! Very close to the beach, very close to the grocery store and shopping. We felt very safe here. The home does need some new kitchen utensils, knives, oven sheet pans, etc, but we made do. The mattresses are all VERY firm, but again, we made do. Cady was an AMAZING host and very attentive. We would stay here again!"

"Our group of 14 loved our stay here. The location is prime- oceanfront on the most beautiful beach! We were able to walk to any thing we needed- restaurants, stores, etc. The hosts answered all of our questions immediately and helped us with our snorkel excursion, grocery delivery, and airport transportation. Some of the rooms were small, but we will take it for the location. Only suggestion is that the host provide a bit more toilet paper as we ran out quickly. Would not hesitate to stay...

"We found this property to meet and exceed our expectations. I would recommend this villa as a great getaway place on the island. It was a comfortable,clean, safe and private location. We ate in a lot and had almost all of the kitchen tools needed. Comfy sofas and dining room chairs. It was very quiet and we never heard our neighbors. A small cooler, beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella were available for use. A gem!"

"Ocean club east had everything we (mid 60s) needed for a relaxing beach vacation. That turquoise ocean is truly mesmerizing! Older property with spacious clean rooms, nothing fancy, but had everything we needed, incl washer/dryer! All staff we encountered were polite, pleasant & accommodating. Property & pool kept very clean. The only thing we missed from home was a decent shower- lousy water pressure entire week! IMO it’s located in the perfect area for long walks on the beach, not many other hotels to the right of the property- a huge plus. If you want to venture out, the shuttle service to ocean club west resort leaves every 30”, then you can easily walk into town with more restaurants & stores. If you plan an excursion, such as a sunset sail, snorkel trip etc, most boats will pick up & drop off near dock next door “if you ask” so no taxi needed! Very convenient! An FYI. Resort was perfect for what we needed. If you’re looking for nightlife, everything shuts down at 10P. Music geared to our age group, fine with us! If you’re a family with kids, there are no play structures, kids bikes or planned children activities. There are a couple of pools without waterslides, pretty basic c/w US hotel pools, but you do have that beach with an array of floats & noodles when available. If return to TCI, we will definitely stay there again!!! "

"Great location offering stunning views of Grace Bay and easy beach access. We enjoyed using the resort bikes and the afternoon sailing on the Lady Grace. Restaurants were on the pricey side but overall quality of the food was very good. Outdoor bar was a nice place to hangout. Had an interesting cocktail list."
