"I found the staff extremely helpful. They brought me an extra pillow, iron and even a wine glass to the room. They had knowledge about whether the trips were going ahead. Breakfast was very good, my husband is a meat eater and enjoyed it a lot. "

"I took the bus and it took me right to the hostel and driver got my luggage out. The rooms are not at the "road level" so you have to take your luggage on the next floor and there is no elevator. The front desk staff can help with the luggage. The 2 somewhat smaller fridges ( compared to the big fridge sizes in USA) in the kitchen were overflowing and not really clean from inside. "The breakfast was a huge plus! It’s close to the Hilton with can be the pick up spot for a lot of tours and the hop on and off bus has a stop right there. Not as close to city center as we thought but still an am stay! the room was big and clean with comfortable beds. "

"Bedroom was comfortable with a good, hot shower. Bed was really good and well needed after a long day exploring. Loved all the little hooks around the room for hanging stuff. (Would have liked a drying room in the hotel for our wet things!) The food options were good as was the bar (if both a little pricey compared to UK prices) Roof terrace was nice to look out over the little town. Bakery and supermarket very close for bits and pieces. Walkable in a few minutes. Would definitely return...

"Staff was wonderful! Only complaint is that the smoke alarm went off in the hotel due to a toaster! Got up at 7AM because someone in the dining room wanted crispy toast. So you're definitely safe here since their smoke alarms work really well."
