"Property was just as described and the host Justin was great as well. We have stayed other places in Tennessee with not so great results with listings not as described so if you read about a great host I would stick with them for your Smoky mountain travels. We have rented from Justin in the past and will be looking forward to dealing with him on our next visit. "

"The accommodations were wonderful! Breathtaking views and so many amenities! Indoor pool, hot tub, air hockey table, fooseball table and the arcade games brought us back to our childhood! The towels were so decoratively folded and everything was immaculate. We will definitely come back with the family! The place was HUGE with something for everyone. Thank you so much!"

"We came here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Fireside Chalets was great to work with and we will definitely be going through them again. The cabin itself was gorgeous. It was secluded away from all of the attractions, yet still only about a 10-15 min drive. Everything was just perfect and we can’t wait to stay again! "

From reading mystery novels to playing with leggos, they really thought of anything and everything that would help you enjoy your stay. I also loved their guest book idea! "Condo was beautiful! Very clean. Great view!! The only problem was some of the recliners didn’t work but we managed!! I would definitely recommend the condo to others! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!"

"It was so relaxing and cozy and had the petfect view the pool table and arcade machine were fun for the nights we stayed in the hottub was nice a few jets didnt work though and the fire place wasn't working but other than that it was really nice bithe"

"I really want to give 5 stars but the when you walk off the elevator to go to the apartment there is an overwhelming musty smell. Then when we were in our apartment the smell was so bad, we got there at 3:30am and I had been driving over 12 hours so at that point I just wanted to sleep and worry about it tomorrow. We bought airfresher the next day, it’s not like we planned to be in the room often, and decided to just deal with it. The couch and the dining chairs really need to be replaced. ...
