"Loved our 2nd stay at Castillo Inn. The hotel is in a great location and was very clean. Front desk staff was friendly and very awesome in accommodating an early check in. My only issue was the thermostat and controlling the room temperature. It didn’t maintain the preferred temps and had us waking up several times during the night. Definitely didn’t get a good nights rest. The WiFi also either shut off or went out so watching TV also wasn’t an option when we couldn’t sleep. Other than that, we...

We did have a slight hiccup getting into our unit but we managed to get in and the number we called was very helpful in resetting the code which fixed the problem."

My room was clean and easily accessible, with a plethora of amenities available if needed. I will be booking again! "House keeping staff specifically Maria found my very expensive personal items after we left and quickly took the to office. We were still in town when I realized I had left those items at the hotel.
