"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel. Our oceanview room had a terrific balcony with a full water view. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the room was huge! We were there on a Sunday night and Monday so the hotel was not very crowded. The staff was lovely. We had a fantastic meal at the in-lobby restaurant called The Set (like a movie set). Breakfast was in the main dining room with a view of the ocean; delicious with very friendly service. "This location was beautiful! SOOOOO charming and the room was sweet. Great trail walks ! My concern was that hotels.com advertised it as a warm pool heated and was really excited to swim overlooking ocean. Establishment said ,"they don't heat pool til end of March. No snacks anywhere but a beautiful restaurant, Breakfast with no staff around noone really welcomed us to property , restaurant staff friendly."

"Beautiful hotel with fantastic views. Great staff…were all helpful and polite. Clean, comfortable room. Nicest bar area in Ventura. Food was very good. We were married at the Mission 25 years ago and had our reception on the top floor of the hotel when it revolved. "
