The rooms were very nicely appointed and clean, with lots of area for storage. We could easily walk to local spots like Stearns Wharf, State Street, and the beach. Staff was very friendly, and it was a bonus to have coffee and a light breakfast available in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Mason Beach in was super close to State Street, but far enough away where it was quiet. The hot tub was lovely and the pool was heated even in winter! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and nice. The beds were great. I will definitely return.

I booked an accessible room after my husband's knee replacement surgery. The room worked really well for us and made our short stay easy with someone who was still using a walker. They also had a car charging station which was a pleasant surprise.

Super cute small hotel! We loved the room and shower. Nice big tv that my husband liked. LOL It is walkable to everything. We never had to drive or uber. Great location for walking to the Funk Zone and several restaurants. The pool and hot tub were also very nice.

Very decent, clean and friendly hotel, my only concerns (or feedback for the owners) would be: 1. Rooms are pretty boring, nothing special really. No thoughtful decoration or welcoming feeling, I don't like when the sink is outside of bathroom (actually in the room), feels like the room is a big bathroom. And whenever one gets up for the bathroom, wakes up the other one. 2. Bed was pretty saggy and uncomfortable, mattresses are not super expensive anymore, you can get a decent one and replace the old ones. Time to renew. Other than those 2 topics, I think the location was great and the stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly, comfortable hotel. Whilst it had a few minor issues such as hairdryer malfunctioning, overall it’s a great pls scroll stay and being near the beach was excellent
