"The location of the property is great. Not far from downtown Hilo and within walking distance to a beautiful park. Parking was not an issue. It is a very old hotel. It does need a facelift. For me traveling alone and being out and about it was fine. The rooms do have a refrigerator and microwave. It was great I could save some money on dinning. The pool is not heated and is cold. "This tiny home was a perfect spot for our father/son excursion to the Big Island. It had a fully equipped kitchen which was great for preparing meals. Everything appeared to be brand new and it was immaculate. It is secluded and private and had a great screened in area with fire pit. Communication was perfect, and was needed to find the location. I'd stay here again for sure. It was a great value and very comfortable! "

"We had a great stay in this new house about 25 minutes from Hilo. The house is comfortable and modern and had all the amenities that kept our family of 6 comfortable during our stay. It’s a short 3 minute drive down to the water and some amazing sunrises over the ocean with waves crashing on the rocks. Be a bit cautious pulling into the driveway as there is a lip on it that can damage your car if not taken slowly. Great stay near Hilo!"
