"Stayed for 2 nights and it was one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. Each cabin has its own TV set. The rooms do run a bit hot but it didn’t bother me too much. I love the amenities that the place offers - free tea/coffee vending machine, massage chair, freezer/fridge to store the food. There’s not a lot of restaurants open late around there but there is a 7-11 nearby and I was able to make a nice meal from there. Overall, it is a nice quiet area to stay if you are looking to escape the hustle...

"This particular hotel is for people that are mainly self sufficient I wouldn't suggests it if you cannot mentally operate independent of being accompanied. the local area is amazing I'm a small town kinda guy theirs a brewery if you have the time and walk you'll hit the coast for a really good breeze. The hotel itself Is quiet and staff as well as other guests are nice. But I'd recommend this hotel if your a foreigner that can operate off your own mental agenda with little to no assistance...

"Its my second stay here. It is very good , but better the first time , the private room was surprisingly much noiser than the share room i had last time . Noise through the walls , could easily here people talking loud and snoring, noise at 3am 4am 5am from floor above . Still , probably id come back , but only ina shared room which strangely was quieter. "

"The property is a bit dated but well maintained, kept clean and in order. It worked out for our family looking for a relaxed and easygoing stay. When we walked for a morning stroll, we caught a beautiful and clear view of Mt Fuji. With rental car, we had access to a selection of restaurants, shops, and activities within the Lake Yamanakako area. But 7/11 is also just a few minute walk and the hotel offers breakfast and dinner for an affordable price. We would stay here again!"

"Nice relaxing stay. A little bit hard to get to, especially with luggage as the bus gets very crowded. No food options nearby (need to take the bus or a 20min walk along a narrow mountain road to nearest store) so make sure to bring some food if you plan to eat onsite."

"One of (only) three hotels in Fujinomiya. It's an older facility but it's clean and well kept. We did not like the limited times available for women to use their public baths. Y1000 daily parking fee is reasonable."
