"This beautiful property is on hillside, quiet yet close to bus station. This inn is clean and well kept. The view of Mountain our in room and the green bamboo forest in spa are just fantastic. The dinner and breakfast are delicious and with wonderful variety. Staffs are attentive and helpful. I highly recommend two nights stay here. "

"Room is spacious, has A/C and a view of Mt Fuji. Staff were excellent, always polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, traditional Japanese style which may not suit everyone. Room is a bit tired in places, one of the windows was a struggle to open and close - but we didn't go there to spend time in the room. Bathroom is basic but functional. Shower took a bit of adjustment as the temperature tended to fluctuate. Location is great, right by the lake with a bus stop for the Red line right...

"Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the fujiyama base. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. It was just a couple of minutes from the train station so that was a big plus. Would consider staying there again if we were in the area. "

"This review is specifically for room number 0, the twin room (bunk bed). The top bunk bed was uncomfortable. Whether you put your head on one side (right next to the AC) or the other (next to a wall indent with MOLD) it is impossible to sleep. As for the changing rooms (connected to the showers), they also have mold on the walls. The exhaust fans in the toilet rooms barely work resulting in a perpetual unpleasant smell. There is no sink to wash your hands in the toilet rooms yet the hand...

"We enjoyed staying this property with amazing view of Mt Fuji. The owner & all the staff are very friendly & welcoming. The property facilities is a bit old but very clean. We stayed on the top floor level 4 with a beautiful view of Mt Fuji. You can enjoy the view in the enclosed terrace area. Only downside no lifts so you are expecting to climb a lot of stairs if you are staying on the 4th floor. Staff will bring the luggage to your room. I could definitely return to stay in this property...

"Outside of town slightly easily reached by local bus or a walk, but the location was superlative for walks with gorgeous views by the lake and mt Fuji. Good sized room with two beds so room to move. Next to a great Houtou noodle restaurant. "

"The entire experience in this hotel was amazing, the gentleman at the reception was very nice and helpfull. The room was amazing and the location was perfectly close to everything. They also offered traditional japanese PJ during your stay which is amazing. For sure coming back in our next trip to Fuji."
