"Japanese style room with beautiful view. The room and hotel are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had great options. Dinner had a wide variety of high quality and delicious selections. We were able to arrange to have our luggage sent to our next location for a very good price. There is also a free shuttle to the train station which is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend! "

The view of Mount Fuji from the hotel was amazing! We ended up walking up the mountain to the hotel, as we did not initially know about the shuttle bus but that did not prove to be too difficult. We had a fantastic time at Mt. Fuji hotel!! "
