The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. And the other would be noise, partly from construction nearby which isnt the landlord fault and people coming in and out at various times and the door slamming which...

We booked the lodge well aware of the neighbourhood and the condition of the property. 25 mins walk from Anfield. To be honest, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and warm and there was a little welcome tray with biscuits. The only issue was that there were no towels and we had to request them."
