"Our stay was amazing we took the grandchildren as we went to Reindeer lodge on the Saturday. The hostess left everything you might need and the horse came across to see us every day which the girls loved. There was only one fault which didn't affect our stay one of the keys to the french window didnt work and i forgot to let them know as it wasnt a problem because we just used the front door .We would definitely come back here again. "Something went wrong with my onboarding as I didn't get a guest registration email prior to my arrival and the details I did receive only got me access to the building and not to my room! Unfortunately for me, the owner was at the theatre and so missed my phone calls to try and resolve the issue. I eventually got in to my room after about an hour.
