"Lovely place, although their were under refurbishment so there was no bar or restaurant available. The bathrooms are very dark and smell damp. The property doesn't seem to be cleaned often, many times I used the bathrooms they were dirty and overflowing with toilet paper. The kitchen was also not very well looked after, it could be more stocked with essential items like mugs and cutlery. "It’s not very close to the downtown area and the room is smaller compare how it look at the pictures. I asked for early check-in (even it was expensive) a couple of times days before I arrived and I never got an answer. Then, I call costumer service and they apologized giving me a complimentary early check-in."

"Moar Guesthouse was a lovely, warm and cosy place for oue one night stay, but we would have happily stayed longer. There was a mix up with the room when we got there and we didn't get a reply from the owner, but we found a free room and took it. Other than that, no complaints, we had a good night's sleep."

"The property was excellent, hospitality was top rated, no issues with checkin and checkout. Walkable distance from Bsi bus terminal. Just few bits that might need attention or improvement are The room didn't have a litter bin, there was one in the toilet but a small one. The toilet door could have been better, as the current door is just a sheet of wood with sliders fixed at top, Perhaps one on slider hinges on the bottom would make it more stable.
