"Upon booking, I received email confirmations including the check in process which was very straight forward and welcoming. When we arrived we attempted to follow the instructions (one being using the key to enter the main building). However the key was not there, the door was unlocked, and when we entered there was an unwelcoming vibe from the current guests. Our room leads directly to the main lounge area where offensive music was being played on the tv really loudly, with guests themselves...

"Check-in was easier than in hotel, the key was outside of apartment in the key box. Never met the owner, but she answered any questions we had promptly via VRBO app. Everything was as described, beds comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Thank you Thorunn!"

"We took several trips to fantastic sights. Apartment is very well located, 10 minutes walk to main shops/restaurants/city centre attractions, and close to tour pick up bus stop. The apartment was very well equiped and spacious, great views over the bay, and two good balconies to sit out on. Sigurgeir was very good at checking in with us, and was most helpful. Hightly recommended."
