"Central property. Close to Dontonburi and other shops. 30 min walk to Osaka castle. Close to subway stations. Lovely cafe/longe area at hotel. Complimentary drinks after 5. "

"Good location and right next to a train station. Many good restaurants nearby. Room was quite cozy, especially the bathroom. Clean, provided fresh towels daily. If you booked to include breakfast, it's quite ample. Amenities (toothbrush, sleeping gown, slippers, etc) provided. Would probably stay again. Staff was excellent. "

"We actually booked for the wrong night, and the lady on reception was so helpful in correcting our booking for no extra charge. Lovely, comfy room and good facilities. A bit tucked away and could be easily missed but close to local amenities"

"I’ve been to many capsules across Japan and my stay here was at the too. Yes, I’ve stayed in Kyoto, Osaka, but wanted to spend a few days in Ōtsu and experience a slower pace and so glad I did! The reviews on Google and Orbitz rated The Calendar high so I gave it a try and I was not disappointed. However, I do need to mention if you are sensitive to smell you might notice the slight scent of smoke. The entire capsule is non-smoking, however there is a smoking room, that when smokers return it...
