"Six of us stayed one night. Great location with deck overlooking the ocean. Very good amenities. Murphy bed was comfortable. A/C is not automatic so you have to request it in advance (and pay extra). We just used fans and it was a little warm but ok. Would stay here again. "

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. "This cute little place was perfect for our family of six. Kids slept on the sofa sleeper while the adults took the two bedrooms. Plenty of room and the place was very clean. The patio overlooks the golf course which is a beautiful sunset view with goats coming and going. We enjoyed sitting out there daily! "Great location on Ali’i Drive. The house was what you would expect for a beach rental. Very well stocked. Note- I didn’t recall reading the property was NOT air conditioned. There was a great breeze at night and fans provided, but if that’s important to you, it’s worth mentioning. The waves literally lull you to sleep each night. "

"This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. "
