"When I booked this location, there were no reviews for the property. This was a little concerning to me, but I pulled the trigger anyway, and I'm glad I did! The set up of the house is excellent with split level bedrooms (primary suite upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs) and the main floor completely open to views of the pool, ocean and sunset. The place was well-appointed with both a coffee pot and Keurig, as well as a grill and utensils. The shed had a variety of floaties for the pool. ...

"Nice place and great location in Kailua-Kona. Cleanliness was questionable with dried food on table, dishes and don’t put your hand between the couch cushions! Had issues with the toilet and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 10 days—rationing required!"

"We spent 6 wonderful nights in Kona at this lovely, well appointed, oceanfront condo. It’s peaceful and within walking distance of Much of Kona town. I used the pool a few days with the key provided and the water was comfortable and clean. The AC in the living room and bedroom works great. The host kindly provided a starter package of coffee and some chocolate covered macadamias. The best feature is the view from the lanai. "This property is fantastic and had everything that we could desire. The condo itself was wonderful, full of updated appliances, including a washer/dryer. Kitchen utensils, coffee maker, the works. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The upstairs room is great for families with the bunk-beds. The condo has its own covered parking and the pool/hot tub sit directly below the unit. We fell in love with Kona and will be reaching out to April for our next stay! Recommend 100%! "
