There was no parking. I asked clerk if we were going to be charged. She assured us there were no additional charges on check out. But when home and checked visa. Were were additional charges over and above what was paid to Expedia. Would not stay there again!

This is a good deal and location if you’re wanting bars and beach. However, no advertisement of first come first serve parking. Hotel info stated “parking included.” I arrived at night and directed to some nearby public lots that have no overnight parking hours and posted towing policies. I was told to “not worry about it.” Quite a walk back with bags, drunk people and homeless. If I’d know of this policy, I would have booked a different hotel. Room was decent. Bare minimum by way of room but stains on curtains and carpet. Window A/C unit hidden behind curtains. Tons of alcohol and non alcoholic beverages in mini fridge. This place is a basic motel with a cute lobby IMO. If you know that going in, you’re golden. I expected more for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very convenient. Easy walking distance to multiple grocery stores and restaurants and a small sandy beach in Kailua-Kona. Nice pool, free morning coffee. The free water statiom to refill our water bottles was super handy as well. There are free bikes to rent which we werent able tk take advantage of. Our cards kept on getting demagentized daily which was a pain but they easily gave us new ones. As for the room it was pretty basic but clean. We stayed a week and they cleaned it 2x but they cleaners asked ua when we passed by if we needed anything in between. Would definitely recommend as an affordable place to stay.

I love this place for the friendly staff and location at the start of the famous Ali’i drive where all the nightlife is. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and a mini fridge with drinks (for a fee).

Property was very close to the airport which made it very accessible after a long flight. Rooms have been upgraded but the hallways are a little sketchy. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Very close to restaurants, bars and the beach. I enjoyed the property and would stay here again.
