"Front desk extremely helpful. Arrived very early so our luggage was stored then delivered to our room once the troop was ready. We liked the design of the renovation. Many of the old features were left such as the iron windows, gorgeous brass front door. The interior wood panelling has been painted white which made the place bright and contemporary looking. We found the beds a bit too soft. Would appreciate some basic toiletries. "

"Not the usual accommodations for me but given my last minute decision to travel to Cape Town and it being high season what more could I ask for. The property was clean and the staff was excellent. Staff, Ntsika Nqebe went above and beyond to help my guests and I settle in and remain comfortable. I would recommend this place if you’re on a low budget and want to be close to the beach but don’t expect too much from the place. Bring your own personal cleansing care products and beach towel as none...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay only issues that arose were1. Towels: One full size towel per person..I requested small towels like the one for wiping hands..I never received them. 2. The shower leaks badly onto the floor in the bathroom. It is affecting the wall too."

"Maryna and Mike are great hosts. Room and facilities we clean and tidy. Good location easy walk across the street to beach. 10 minute walk to most restaurants in Muizenberg. Fun atmosphere. Will be back again. "
