"Hello. This is a beautiful hotel close to shopping, restaurants and Table Mountain. Our heat didn't work in our room and they offered to put us in another room but we were happily settled in our room and agreed to wait and it was fixed when we returned from our excursion. We loved the breakfast and the staff was wonderful to us. If something is wrong, please be courteous/patient and let the staff know. They care and will make every effort to resolve your problem. Well done and bravo Marriott....

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Bay Hotel. The staff excelled. Our one grip would be the breakfast arrangements which seem in disarray. Tables left uncleared ready for new guest to eat and don’t expect to be offered coffee or tea promptly. We didn’t bother on the second day and ate out. Couldn’t quite work out why there wasn’t a self service station for hot drinks. However this would not deter us from staying again the hotel is in a superb position ."
