Property in convenient location. No VIP access benefits for platinum members, they should be removed as VIP access hotel. Do not offer 2 keys For 2 person room. I was told she would “look into it” when I asked for another key. Sink didn’t drain and was not fixed despite reporting it. When reporting it I was questioned as if I was lying or was unsure how to use a sink. Communication skills of certain members of staff was appalling. It’s a pity. I booked again after this horrific experience because of convenience and availability and the Concierge and Andre provided assistance and ensured everything was working. The second time around I had better experience because of them however the same members of staff from last time were still impolite and still only gave one key for a 2 person room.

Everything of an apartment amenities available. Very clean. Modern design style. Very well located. Quiet and safe. Easy and secure indoor car parking. Cafe-restaurant downstairs serves excellent breakfast. Has very nice staff. Internet speed is sometimes slow. Almost impossible to reach front desk from room by phone.

Very pleasantly suprised with our room, it had a balcony, wich I didn't book or pay for, so that as a bonus and very well received by my two kids!. Two bedrooms, two bathroom areas a lounge diner and kitchen. It was like a self contained flat and was very nice. The hotel as a whole was also very nice and the view of Table Mountain from the spa area was fantastic. Staff were very friendly, always with a smile on their faces and eager to help with anything. All in all an excellent hotel just 5 minutes by Uber from the V&A waterfront. Keep up the good work

Staff all very friendly and helpful, our room/apartment was well equipped for preparing snacks, meals if required. It was cleaned daily, regular fresh linen. Walking distance to the city, shops restaurants, lovely cafe and Asian cuisine attached . Transport for excursions picked us up from the door and bus stop for city sightseeing was on our doorstep, very comfortable stay thank you

Perfect location to city centre and tourist sites as well as easy distance from waterfront. Staff are totally amazing, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Very accommodating and helpful.
