"The front desk night staff had mistakenly put on my account saying I had checked in and charged me, when that did not happen. For days I’ve been trying as well as Expedia to contact over this. Finally 6 days later, I was able to contact, and they rudely kept interrupting and shouting on the phone, telling me to contact Expedia…which we had been. Worse, when telling them we didn’t even enter the room, they stated it was recorded we had and they weren’t going to change it…so going out of their way...

"I enjoyed my stay because it was near the Allstate Arena for the WWE Holiday Tour. I took the 223 Pace Bus to get there. Nice and quiet area. Dunkin Donuts and Subway is walking distance if you want to get breakfast and lunch. No complaints. I've stayed at this Motel 6 before to be closer to O'Hare Airport. "
