"The property is amazing to relax and stay there. If you are looking something like this, it is the right place. The beach is amazing, service incredible and rooms perfect. The only thing is that they do not mop the floors daily, there was a lot of dust under the beds and the lamps were full of dust too. The balcony was really dirty. "The main lobby and pools were clean and in good condition; the staff was available and very friendly and attentive. Our room had a great view but a dirty balcony, molded curtains and was not the cleanest. Our room was cleaned around 2-3 pm every day which was an interruption at times. We would return to the area but not the hotel."

"Tips: You have to take a ferry to the beach. It's beautiful and actually enjoyable. However, if you stay late, the last ferry leaves at 5:00. If you want to get off the beach at a decent time, get in line for the ferry not long after 4:00. Also, book dinner early in the day through the concierge. We only had a problem one night, but that was only for one restaurant and there were other options that worked well. And nothing to do with the resort, but BOOK YOUR BIO BAY TOUR BEFORE YOUR TRIP!...

"Our Go-To hotel when we go to San Juan. They have a casino, restaurant and a pool. I’m not really into the resort fee they charge as we don’t really care about gym and drinks that that fee include but it’s great that chairs and umbrellas are included in that price.
