"My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. Other than those two things, it wasnt that bad of a stay. "

"Property is modern. Pool area is nice and quiet and comfortable place to sit and read. If you enjoy walking, the hotel is walking distance (30 minutes) to Condado beach AND Old San Juan. Breakfast buffet was very good with omlets made to order. The lobby was TOO cold at times. Gym was not impressive, though it had cardio machines. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. Would stay there again."

"The stay was very pleasant and staff is amazing. It's just 20 mins walk from Condado beach, if you like that much walk, then it's a pretty good place to stay in Miramar San Juan. Has some good food joints around."

"We had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and service was great. The rooms are just what we needed for a few days in PR. The hotel is close to both food and shopping options and we loved the hotel’s beach club down the block. Will definitely stay at Abitta again. "
