"The property had a few issues in the room. The lights would flicker whenever the water was on which was annoying. The shower door only had one side panel, so water went everywhere. There were no hand towels in the bathroom. You had to use your own tv login in order to watch anything."

"There was a strong mold smell, but one night stay it was lovely. Location on beach was beautiful. Uber to property was $35 which was great. Staff was helpful and kind. Fun atmosphere."

"Discovered this place a couple years back and it is my go to every time I am in the San Juan area. The staff is extremely helpful. It has everything that you would need,hot running water in very cold AC. Free parking and walking access to the beach. There is a common kitchen which is extremely convenient to keep beverages and leftovers. It will continue to be my go to when I am in the San Juan area. By no means is it a 5 star hotel.But the amenities that it does provide more than makes up for...

"The place is really quaint. Great ocean and beach views. The desk and bar employees were super friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to chat with. The breakfast wasn't what i had expected and the options for something else weren't readily available. Lots of small shops close by with some food selecting. Three beach close by was nice and the people in the area were friendly"

"I want so bad to give this property a 5 star rating. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They gave us a beautiful room with a fantastic view! I will be forever thankful for this wonderful week here. The zul restaurant was great. Had some really good Tacos. The room was clean and the beds are nice. It was also helpful to have access to laundry while we were there. Here's the not so good, and the reason for the 4 rating.... the hot tub is not a hot tub. It's cold. Not much...

"We were looking for a place for one night close to the airport since we were heading to Rincon the next morning. Very cute boutique Hotel, clean, easy check in-check out, and parking on site. It is exactly as it was described, modern and spotless. The room was small but comfortable. It is a perfect distance from the beach, restaurants, the airport and excursions. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting San Juan or Isla Verde."
