"宿泊棟の造りは古いですがリフォームされて清潔です。宿泊棟に食堂は無いため、同じ系列ホテルまで無料シャトルバスで移動して食べます（移動時間5分くらい）。お風呂は源泉掛け流しの鹿教湯温泉で、湯温も丁度よく、じっくり長く浸かれます。スタッフさん達は、皆さんとても親切です。安曇野や諏訪湖方面、軽井沢方面の中継地としてオススメの宿です。"

"　ここのビュッフェの料理は、大変丁寧に作られて味もとても良いです。感心したのは、汁物の具材になっている小玉コンニャクですが、ここの調理は半分に切られてお箸でもつかみやすくなっていました。手間のかかる下ごしらえですが、とても嬉しいサービスでした。"

"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."

"予約時、ツインベッドしかないのは一応確認したうえで、5人まで泊まれることを確認し、人数も4人と記入して予約したところ、チェックイン時、「1部屋2人までなので追加で部屋をとってもらう必要がある」と言われて部屋をとらされました。システム的に予約可能であるにもかかわらず、旅館側のミスは一切認めず、大変な不快感を感じました。予約は約6日前で、電話番号も記載していたので、旅館側が何らかの対応をすべきです。別途、Hotels.com経由でクレームの手続きを入れます。"
