"This hotel is special. The spectacular views and surroundings, the staff, the activities it offers, they are all incredible. I felt very at home here, which as a solo female traveller was wonderful. "This is a great hotel with a fun rooftop bar and pool; a full wonderful spa (my favorite!) which has sauna, steam room, warm pool, and great treatments. Location is also fantastic! My review is a 4 because room service is restricted to same breakfast buffet option for like $20. No option for just buying a coffee and an egg for example. "Our check-in was very much appreciated on how well we were treated after a questionable taxi ride. Do not trust the taxis at the airport. We had trouble reserving the shuttle from the airport to the hotel only because we did not have a contact telephone number to provide them.The desk clerk went out of her way to welcome and accommodate us. "

"Amazing hotel! The pool is gorgeous. The food is great and the service is excellent. Beautiful view of the pool from my room. This is one of those rare hotels where it is better to be in a room on a LOW floor, which gives you a better view of the beautiful pool and waterfall.
