"Service was top tier! Hospitality was impeccable. Food was delicious as well. I had an issue with the first room I was put in but the front desk agent Kritzy made sure I was able to switch over promptly, she was very kind and helpful. The valet driver Josue was very kind and went above and beyond each time we needed our vehicle parked or brought to us. We booked the brunch on a floating deck and it was so nice! "Staff was very helpful & professional. Room was good, just had a minor mishap with bugs. The valet parking was helpful, since parking was limited. Love the Condado Gastro Bar, we had breakfast every morn & the hotel gave us $100 per room to use toward restaurant/bar. The staff & chef were wonderful. The service was great, polite & friendly waitress."

"The staff was excellent. Free, easy parking with a lot of spaces available. Great location with many dining options (the pizza place across the street is outstanding, as well as the hotel restaurant.). Close to the beach. The grab-and-go was a great amenity to have. The pool wasn't busy during our stay, and we even had the pool to ourselves one whole day. The gym was great for a hotel gym, with a water station to refill your water bottles during your stay. "

"It has a great location, friendly staff, and quiet. I didn't see a lot of other guests except for those waiting to check-in. The only room for improvement is that it could stand to be cleaner. I had to ask for fresh towels and I even took out my trash. It's very much a possibility that they are on a skeleton crew. It's ok because I do like to clean. I didn't spend that much time on the premises. "

"It was super, but the only thing was that I am a n the chunky side and the bathroom was beautiful but no space when you sit to do your business. Also there was a situation with the light and they couldn’t give me a hard copy receipt so they was supposed to email it and that was at 6:30am and it’s 1pm and still waiting "
