The staff was excellent. Free, easy parking with a lot of spaces available. Great location with many dining options (the pizza place across the street is outstanding, as well as the hotel restaurant.). Close to the beach. The grab-and-go was a great amenity to have. The pool wasn't busy during our stay, and we even had the pool to ourselves one whole day. The gym was great for a hotel gym, with a water station to refill your water bottles during your stay.

The property for a budgeted stay was great. The staff and attention to service was impeccable. They were friendly, kind, and expedient in anything you needed. And they were only a txt away which was the best part. However the only cons to this was maybe the room and cleanliness. The room was clean but when cleaning service was requested they seemed to only make the bed and sweep a little and leave two towels. The room is fairly small. I recommend not getting a first floor room. While having a hot tub was great, we were visited many times by long centipedes, esp if the AC was turned off. The hot tub also was rough to the skin as the lining of the hit tub was a little rough (but thats just personal preference). Overall, I would return, prob take a higher floor and see if they had a slightly larger room. Perfect for a week stay for those who dont stay in the room much.

I really liked this property. All of the staff were super nice and friendly. Room was great, bed was super comfortable and bathroom was nice, modern and clean. My only dislike was the 10am checkout. That was much earlier than other hotels I’ve stayed in.

Loved this place! It’s so cute so updated! Kitchen was small but it was little studio so it’s expected! Unfortunately there is construction outside so it did make noise I can sleep through it with some tv on. There’s alot to do in the area to eat and walk to. The beach as well. Ubers are always in that area super popular area. I do hate the layout of the studio. The bathroom was across the bedroom so the smells would come directly to you which is annoying. The window didn’t have black out blinds so it would blind me in the morning. Other than that I would stay here again!

The staff was over the top amazing! Our room was good other than my grandson could not run barefoot because the floors were a bit dirty. He's only 16 months. Would of liked to have transportation availability but we did fine. Everyone loved the pool and the beach area. Thanks for the amazing memories we got to make there in PR!!! See you next time!
