Hotels.com was on the verge of finding us another place because nobody would answer the phone at the number provided when luckily another property owner knew of the place and helped us find it. The house and garden are a conglomerate of multiple rooms on the side of a hill that are not connected to each other but you can access from outside. Each room has its own balcony view and charm. "We loved this place, and would definitely stay here again! The bathrooms were well-appointed with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The shared space had everything you need for cooking. All the appliances were new, and well maintained. Included a washer and dryer, and even a swimsuit spinner. The host was very responsive. "Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, we felt safe at all times with the gated community with a security officer checking all visitors before entering the premises. The layout of the house was cool and our grown up kids enjoyed the pool and open area of the house. Best part is definitely the location, it is close by to the town and just a bit far enough from the town center to avoid all the noise. Stay here for a great experience in La Fortuna."
