"If you are going and want to enjoy amenities like a manicure, facial or massage, be aware the these are a shuttle bus or taxi ride to Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay. Shuttle is of course free and a taxi is standard taxi charge. I gave up on the manicure, but did have a great couples spa experience. "The maintenance personnel keep the hotel very clean all the time, inside and out. Very nice people in all areas, front desk, cleaning people, security, during breakfast. Only suggestion is please keep ice maker with ice all the time. We got ice one day and another day it was empty. It is August and it is very hot, but AC in the room was great. "
