"The staff at the hotel are very nice to all guests. William at the front desk, Ivan at the pool bar, Carlos in the dining room and the two guys that always made sure us two old ladies made it across the very street safely but running out in front of us and stopping cars. That was very much appreciated. We noticed some construction with their elevators but it didn’t really impact us very much and we were on 9th floor of the towers. The only negative thing we could say would be they could invest in some new bed pillows. Ours were real lumpy like a bad case of washing.
