"This property (also called Sun Moon Lake Home Hotel on some maps services) was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The room and bathroom were both spacious and in excellent condition. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Parking for the hotel is at a lot very close by (the staff will help direct you); there is a very small fee per night that grants you unlimited access in and out of that lot. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The deluxe quadruple room, with lake view, is spacious and clean. The bathroom is fitted with Japanese toilet with bidet functions, adjustable settings for water pressure and a heated seat. There is a bathtub and a separate shower beside it. There is a balcony that offers great view of the lake. The room exceeded my expectations. For breakfast buffet, it’s just a 1-minute walk to the Richforest hotel nearby. The spread of the breakfast buffet was decent and service was good. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay."
