"We originally booked this hotel because of it's pet friendly policies but after contacting them after booking we were told that the room we booked wasn't available for pets, so the re-accommodated us to one that was, no problem there. When we arrived, the main hotel building looked modern and comfortable, but our room was across the road in a more rustic log cabin area.
