"Staying here was a wonderful experience that we will not forget! The location, food, and amenities were of course stellar, and our room with the balcony-side private onsen tub was luxurious. What stood our most, however, was the service. Staff was attentive and kind to the highest degree. For example, with only 1 hour notice, I called the front desk to help surprise my partner for her birthday with a treat in our room upon our pending return for the evening. Within an hour, they had set up an extravagant birthday display and a wine bottle with glasses. It made our trip even more special and I am grateful!
