"I stayed for 2 week at this property and it was great! The service was very nice and they were very helpful when it came to any questions I had about the area or transportations. The place was always clean and very close to multiple forms of transportations. My only bone to pick was that I couldn't control the air conditioning. I was HOT at night but opening the window fixed that issue so no ruined trip there. Other than that very nice hotel "

"Didn't get the room service and I had to call for it. On the same day we didn't get the turndown service in the evening. We were on level 36 just below the bar on level 37 and we could hear lots of noise from above."

"Nice spacious loft a bit luxurious for me! On the opposite side of the river to the more touristy hongdae area but still so easy to get to. Shops, food, transport all close by. Friendly staff. "
