"The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!"

"The Oakwood is a residence hotel. I had stayed here before, and the experience was the same: a top-level hotel with nice amenities. The room was big and even had a washing machine. Recommend to anyone with an extended stay."

"It is a beautiful property and the staff accommodated an early checkin and helped us with our bags. The one comment I have is that this hotel appears when I filter for airport shuttle hotels. It only offers an 11:45 am shuttle daily. There is no other airport shuttle. Since airport shuttle was literally the reason I booked this hotel, I was am a bit disappointed. Also, when I asked guest services about the shuttle, the concierge did not offer to help me find an alternative ride, whicb would...
