"i only stayed for the night as i had an early flight the next morning forgetting that i had to have something to eat to take my medication completely slipped my mind about breakfast so when i was booking out at 5am i asked if it was possible to get a slice of toast as i couldn't leave in until i got to the airport and the reception couldn't do enough so helpful got a slice of toast and a cup of coffee thank you :)"

"The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."

"We needed a place to rest for 4 to 5 hours prior to our 5pm flight. We were able to check in at 10am and were evn able to have breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast vuffet was excellent. Service was Excellent and the beds were extremely comfortable. "

"Just stayed the one night when Picking up family member from terminal 5 and had an early start. The room was adequate for this reason and had no issues and would use again for this purpose. Found the restaurant good and service was quick"
