"Great location. Across the street from Shinagawa Station. Food court and 7-11 downstairs was convenient for family traveling. Shinagawa is also a stop for Bullet train. "

"The hotel is close to Ginza with about 15-20 walk. The hotel bathroom is a bit old and there was water leaking on our first night. Staff was very helpful and changed a new room for us. Overall the location is convenient and quiet. "
