New Grand Luxury Villa in a high quality Urbanization, at the foot of the Playa Blanca volcano and with exceptional views of the sea and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura.

Interior urbanization carried out by a first class Architecture Studio, designed by Lanzaroteño.

It has exterior parking for two vehicles, main entrance porch and exterior entrance to independent garden, heated swimming pool (with an additional charge of € 25 / night, with night lighting), outdoor chill-out area, garden furniture in teak wood. Italian design (Unopiú brand), covered outdoor porch with two living areas. Exterior porch with large terrace, en suite with direct sea view and solariums with privileged views of the island of Lobos and Fuerteventura.

Fully equipped: 32 "flat screen televisions in the living room and 26" in the master bedroom and satellite TV. Wifi connection, hi-fi music chain (mp3, ipod, iphone, usb, etc). Dvd, PlayStation with games, etc. With gardener and pool cleaning and with the possibility of daily cleaning, extra services, etc.

Urbanization located at the foot of the beach promenade of Playa Blanca and the town is five (5) minutes walk from the Diving Center and Shopping and Leisure Center of "la Mulata" where Greek, Argentine, Italian and Spanish restaurants are located among others and from the most famous and atmospheric terrace-lounge in Playa Blanca "tide".

Villa also located five minutes walk from the "La Mulata" Beach and the Spa Thalasso Center "slowly" of the Hotel Rubicón Palace, with allowed access.
