"Very friendly staff throughout, very welcoming. Very pleasant experience all round. Free tea, coffee, water in-room and the included evening meal was great - local cuisine. There were a few quirks which didn't spoil my stay at all but worth a mention if the hotel can do anything to improve: the curtains in the room didn't quite meet in the middle, there was a very noticeable plastic bed-protector under the sheet, the dining area is not as well decorated as the other areas - mostly of the hotel...

Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. For a 4 star hotel I was disappointed that the guest services desk was never staffed, that the safe in the room was not supplied free of charge, and that there were no tissues supplied in the room (although toothbrushes were supplied, which was unnecessary). I should also mention that the sofa in my room was badly stained."
