"Relaxing week in the sun. B&B in preferred club. Refreshments in the ‘Club’ lounge were very welcome and replenished very regularly - we waited 10 minutes at the height of the lunch rush so that was fine. Free soft drinks, tea/coffee and water. Sandwiches, wraps, salads, cakes and pastries, crisps, yoghurts and sweet bowl. The shower was very good and the bed was supremely comfortable - we were going to ask the make of mattress but forgot! "The hotel is very conveniently located near the beach and close to the centre of Costa Teguise so can access the amenities. The staff went over and above with the service. It was especially lovely to be welcomed by Montserrat at meal times, felt like home away from home "

"Lovrly hotel, rooms are a little dated but really clean. The ourside areas are looked after really well. Lovely Christmas decorations around so felt festive. The pools in each area made sure it was never too busy and there were plenty of sunbeds. The adult pool was a bonus and the regular pool is a great size. Less than 20 min walk to the beach there is a free shuttle bus twice a day and a supermarket just where the bus stopsped. Would definitely stay again."

"Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."

"Had a nice stay at Gran Tagoro recently with my family. The hotel is great, rooms clean and staff friendly. Food is ok, but got boring later in the stay, always the same at breakfast and lunch. We did not get dinner."
