"Relaxing week in the sun. B&B in preferred club. Refreshments in the ‘Club’ lounge were very welcome and replenished very regularly - we waited 10 minutes at the height of the lunch rush so that was fine. Free soft drinks, tea/coffee and water. Sandwiches, wraps, salads, cakes and pastries, crisps, yoghurts and sweet bowl. The shower was very good and the bed was supremely comfortable - we were going to ask the make of mattress but forgot! We know Playa Blanca well - this was our 8th...

"Had a nice stay at Gran Tagoro recently with my family. The hotel is great, rooms clean and staff friendly. Food is ok, but got boring later in the stay, always the same at breakfast and lunch. We did not get dinner."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The layout of the resort is beautiful. Our suite was very comfortable. The towels were the largest, softest we’ve ever had, the pool towels too. The swimming pools were not warm but perfect in the hot weather. I have been surprised at the poor reviews, everyone we spoke to was as happy as we were. Most poor reviews seem to be regarding the sun beds, either the availability or the comfort. I have no interest in being on a sun bed so cannot...

"Lovrly hotel, rooms are a little dated but really clean. The ourside areas are looked after really well. Lovely Christmas decorations around so felt festive. The pools in each area made sure it was never too busy and there were plenty of sunbeds. The adult pool was a bonus and the regular pool is a great size. Less than 20 min walk to the beach there is a free shuttle bus twice a day and a supermarket just where the bus stopsped. Would definitely stay again."
