"Was expecting there to be ‘more’ places to eat by the sea (we booked B&B) but most were inland and the usual Irish type bars - we prefer more secluded locally caught delicacies rather than pizzas and chips but it’s ideal if that’s your sort of thing but it’s not ours. However, there was a lovely spa close by and hiring a car we were able to view stunning scenery from the mountains!"

"We stayed in Jan 2025 with the StarPrestige package. The room was just an average room. The ocean biew was nice, but the sun was very intense on the balcony for the first half of the day so it was hard to enjoy for too long. This resort has just one restaurant- the buffet. There is a limited menu of food at the bowling bar, but we found the food options very limited. "This was our 9th visit. The hotel is very, very good. The town and the beach are quiet in that nobody bothers you.There are very few teenagers and no noisy clubs The hotel staff, as always, were excellent - particularly the dining room staff - the chefs and the waiters. The quality of the food is excellent. My only quibble is that they should change the menu in the fine dining restaurant occasionally.. It has been the same for the past three years."

"This hotel was spotless in all areas. Very quiet for a relaxed, chill out adult only holiday. There was a hen party there at one point who were quite noisy, but there are 3 different pool areas so you could always escape the noise.I would imagine you would have to get up very early in high season to get a sunbed though, they were mostly all taken by 8 am.
