"First time to try a capsule hotel, exceeding my expectations! This women’s only hotel is amazing facilities, hot springs on the 8th floor. Very clean & all well thought off, food always available (Japanese rice, miso soup), ice cream & happy hour late afternoon included when you stayed - very rare in Tokyo! Walkable to Tokyo Tower, Shiba Park & a few izakayas near the shimbashi stn. Will def"

"Overall, not a bad experience. A good deal for how affordable it was. It’s dated, but clean. There is a smoky smell, as others have mentioned, but not terrible, unless you’re particularly sensitive. I had to leave early due to a storm, so didn’t actually sleep here, but accommodations looked fine. Pretty spacious for a typical capsule style. It was definitely warm, though. "

"If you don’t speak Japense and are unfamiliar with a bathhouse and not looking for a traditional experience this is not the spot for you. I enjoyed my stay and the experience overall. The building is old and shows its age. However they keep the place clean for how old it is and change your sheets daily. One night was a little to warm for my liking but the other nights were a good cold temperature. I would stay again."

"This place is very convenient and comfortable option to stay in the heart of Akihabara. The service staff is very helpful and accommodating even if you experience a bit of a language barrier. Which if you do, google translate is your friend. Otherwise Id say the only real negative about this location is that the bathhouse amenities aren't as abundant as their shinjuku location. "It's a great place to rest, fast internet, free breakfast, a fridge where you can put your stuff, a bath where you can soak and relax. The area is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Overall it's a great place to relax."

"The hotel itself was a very nice stay but there was only one restaurant around and some of the staff seemed incredibly mad that we didn't speak Japanese. We were prepared to use google translate as we did with every other hotel we stayed at during our trip but the second she saw we didn't speak Japanese, she pushed us off onto another employee. I think she thought we were going to assume that she spoke English because she wasn't Japanese and that's probably the reason why she didn't want to deal...

"I really enjoyed it. For westerners, do be aware that it is public bathing. The tv is in Japanese too. Also the fan in your capsule isn't powerful so it can get a bit hot. "
