"Employee working at the restaurant where they serve breakfast, the one in charge admission to go in (older male) was extremely off putting by the way he looked at me and my friends. The intense eye contact and disgust given to us was definitely felt, making our breakfast unpleasant and unwelcoming despite paying for admission. Out of my entire stay in Japan, this was definitely my worst interaction in the entire trip that stuck out to me "

"We had an amazing stay here! The property was beautiful and super comfortable. The room was really nice and big for the four of us. We had a bay view room. We had dinner at the Le Jardín restaurant downstairs and the food was great too. The pool was huge and clean. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. In particular, the morning we were checking out, our daughter realized she had lost her backpack days earlier, sometime between on our trip from Asakusa to Disney Tokyo. As we went downstairs to check out a woman from hotel staff helped us check the hotel to see if we had left it in the lobby or restaurant that first day. She wasn’t able to locate it, but instead of giving up she kept searching and called the transit system and was able to actually track down the backpack and give us directions on recovering it at a metro station. It took her a solid 30 minutes or more to locate it. She went way above and beyond. We wish we had gotten her name so we could personally thank her again and give her the recognition. It was around check out time on March 27 if she can be discovered with this information. Thank you for making our trip to Disney and Tokyo so wonderful!"
