"Great hotel comfortable bed and close to everything "

"The hotel stay was overall comfortable and room is spacious, it is also relatively clean. However the lift were old and there was once when the lift was not levelled with the ground which was quite dangerous. The pillows were not great and we had to stack them up for more comfort. We were also not able to get extra pillows each as they said they had limited supply. It would be great if we could get the choose different types of pillows. "

"Great location, decently clean. Some stains on the carpet but nothing major. AC was very good, so was the wifi. TV sound didnt work well when connected to HDMI for watching movies on iPad or laptop. Great place for the price "

"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. Room is comfortable with the good air conditioning and excellent TV entertainment. Keep it up and I will definitely stay here again when...
