"Great hotel and excellent staff! The only drawback is the location, which is a bit far from the MRT stations. Good thing there is a taxi stand in the front. Love the pool and spa and look forward to my next stay. "

"It was great. From check in till check out it was excellent. Housekeeping is immaculate and efficient. We love the breakfast and that we can choose to have it in either Rainbow Terrace or Park Avenue. The spread is good and every day there is some different items. However if there were more different items it would be much better. The room is spacious and comfortable BUT the pillows are too soft; almost flat. And as a Gold member of Hotels.com I was disappointed that I was not upgraded even though I booked 3 rooms. At least upgrade my room it would be great so my family can gather for nightcap."

During my stay, had one question, but the management quickly addressed it and wrote me a personal letter to respond - amazing! Should i chose to visit again, will definitely stay here again and is convenient to many night activities. "
