"Hotel staff are simply 100% friendly and do everything they can to make sure we (customers) are well served. A couple of times their on-site washers & dryers broke, they were able to have them repaired ASAP. This particular FX hotel, to me, is at the best location to shop, to eat, to take MRT and to take care of my mom's matters 👍"

Contrary to some of the reviews, we didn’t have an issue with sound proofing between rooms but keep in mind you can hear traffic with the windows closed as the hotel is located on a busy road.
