"Booked a Deluxe Room for 2 from 13-17 Feb. Was surprised to be given a room on the second floor that was opposite the staff elevator and while it had a window, the view was of the back alley and Ji Guang Fried Chicken (it was kind of good as it allowed us to sneak down to buy the chicken when we saw there was no queue as JG can attract quite a lot of customers). However, the reception was very good, room was nice and clean with a wide array of television channels to choose from. Toilet was well equipped with soap and a bidet, but would've appreciated perhaps a set of toothbrush and toothpaste for each guest. Service wise was excellent, with friendly staff to hold the door for us and usher us to the lifts. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel and make use of their rest facilities for guests who have checked out as we were catching a late flight. Location wise, definitely very convenient as it's just a stone's throw from Ximen station, the Red House, Rainbow Road and other attractions. All in all, enjoyed our stay here, especially pleased with the service of the staff. Will recommend."
