"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Our room was quite small and like other reviews stated the walls are thin so outside/neighboring room noise could be heard. On Expedia it stated that they offer 24 hour shuttle service, however that is false. Front desk said they don't. The dryer also doesn't work efficiently on bigger loads. If you have a few pieces of clothing only then it works fine and it's not free. Overall, minus the dryer not working...
